Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics

• A strong background in insurance, insurance brokerage, or financial services, with a deep understanding of industry-specific data and metrics.

• Necessary analytical and technical skills to manipulate and interpret large amounts of information.

• Ability to construct visual representations of large data sets.

• Proficient in big data analysis tools, including SQL, R, or Python. Experience with visualization tools, such as Power BI.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to simplify technical concepts and analysis for non-technical audiences.
