Education

  • Masters Degree in one of the following streams
  • Human Resource, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Organization Development, Communication or Education
Must Have Skills -
  • Strong Consulting experience to understand business challenges, design comprehensive blended learning programs with measures and metrics to determine ROI for learning investments.
  • Analyze learning needs, provides consultations, and recommends fit-for-purpose learning interventions that align with business needs, and serves as a resource to faculty on the design, development, evaluation, and revision of learning outcomes, course modality, high-impact learning practices, and effective assessment strategies.
  • Experience in leading and delivering right learning solutions at the right time for enterprise-wide technology transformation programs, leadership programs, and other behavioral skilling programs, across functions
  • Strong work experience in developing content/storyboards and scripts including objectives, outlines, course design documents, storyboards, assessments etc., with text, voice, sound, and graphics.
  • Write content for class-room trainings, webinars, user guides, job aids, and instructor guides for new and existing training programs that are accessible by mobile devices and computers partnering with SMEs.
  • Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices (example: Understanding of Kirkpatrick's Model of Learning Evaluation, and the implementation of training and learning benchmarks, effectiveness and impact metrics; indicative of training productivity, up to operational ROI.)
  • Have working knowledge about Design Thinking practices, User Experience tools, methodologies, and technologies to build learning solutions using advanced technologies.
  • Understanding and proficiency with current versions of Articulate Storyline & Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, and other related training technology (not necessarily working directly with applications at a professional level)
  • Collaborate with learners, subject matter experts, and cross-functional team members to write content that meets specific learning objectives.
  • Demonstrate agility to adapt the learning solution to evolving business and audience needs, as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of organizational and practice initiatives.
Preferred Skills -
  • Proficiency in content development tools - Storyline, Captivate and Camtasia
  • Experience in Deploying SCORM(1.2, 2004) content to LMS
  • Familiar with SCRUM framework for Designing Learning experiences
  • 8-14 years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery and learning technology in executing successful corporate learning programs
  • Experience of working in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience in collaborating with people from varying cultures with different perspectives and opinions Individual contributor who can lead calls on his/her own.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good learner who keeps himself/herself abreast with new trends and technologies
Qualifications

This is an Individual Contributor role with 8-14 years of experience. The Senior Analyst - Instructional Design will develop and support the work streams in the learning organization. The Senior Analyst - Instructional Design will -
  • Analyze learning needs to address the business requirements, propose learning solutions, and recommend fit-for-purpose learning interventions that align with business needs.
  • Experience in leading and delivering right learning solutions at the right time for enterprise-wide technology transformation programs, leadership programs, and other behavioral skilling programs, across industry groups and functions
  • Scope effort based on the solution design and use this as input to create schedules for projects.
  • Designs Instructor-led, e-learning courses(micro-learning, videos etc.,), including objectives, outlines, course design documents, storyboards, and assessments.
  • Write content based on discussions with stakeholders and SMEs
  • Sound knowledge of ID theories and practices.
  • Develop storyboards and scripts with text, voice, sound, and graphics. Write materials for new and existing training programs that are accessible by mobile devices and computers.
