Job description Who are we looking for Application Outsourcing Consultant - Time Management with 6 to 7 Years of Experience in SAP HCM Technical Skills: . Have an understanding on SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll . Have a basic knowledge on SAP Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Self Services Functionality (Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services) . Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality . Process Skills: Candidate is required to: . Support Business Users/ Admins on Application Outsourcing functional activities of Time Management . Monitor and identify proactively integration (clock in /clock out) with third party systems . Monitoring data from SuccessFactors for update of Training events to SAP S/4 HANA . Support on custom workflow rule engine setup for leave and permissions approval on SAP FIORI integrated with SAP S/4 HANA . Identify the Approvers and trouble shoot the Self-Service applications at SAP FIORI . Support business users in documentation of technical test scenarios and initial testing . Adhere to the Application outsourcing defined process steps (analyze, re-produce, test Unit Test, Functional User Testing, Support User Acceptance Testing and Deployment) . Support in preparation of Functional Design Document and user manual Guides covering Operating and Troubleshooting topics . Support roles and authorizations custom development activity in testing and provide functional support .
