Job Description

:

Must have:

7-8 years of experience working in IT industry

Strong Java/J2EE development experience

Strong in Spring/Springboot

Excellent SQL skills, database knowledge

Ability to lead a team, collaborate with customer

Troubleshooting skills/experience (application level as well as

server level)

Knowledge of microservices architecture/Docker, RESTful Web

Services, Batch processes/Jenkins, Tomcat

Working knowledge in monitoring tools (preferably Splunk,

AppDynamics, Grafana or Elastic)

Kubernetes background

Good to have:

Experience in creating dashboards(preferably Grafana or Elastic)

Responsibilities

Perform monitoring of web and mobile applications Troubleshoot and triage issues, connect and follow up with

various teams for issue resolution and track the issues to


closure

Ability to lead a team, collaborate with customer Maintain SOPs/runbooks, issue logs, reports and other documents Support the implementation of systems into production Perform application verification and validation Assist team members in performing system maintenance and support

tasks.

Work independently and with teams to meet SLAs.
