Role Purpose Statement

The Human Resources IT Analyst is responsible for ensuring end user and HR business partners support (level 2 and 3) on Bunge global HR platforms (SuccessFactors). Work as a liaison between the project stakeholders, software vendors. Assists the HR IT Project Managers during implementation, ensuring the support and evolutions of the platform. Helps with data processing, imports, extraction, and creation of reports with utmost respect for data privacy matters. The candidate must have knowledge in IT systems for Human Resources (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors), IT operational procedures, and best practices.

Main Accountabilities

(List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:

Ensure 1st and 2nd level support to end-users and HR business partners through IT ticketing tool: bug solving, on-the-spot training/assistance, system administration, user and role administration. Develop and maintain integrations of data exchanges between core HRIS and satellite systems Help develop the support tools and documentation, follow KPI and SLAs for HR IT Support leveraging Bunge global IT tools and best practices. Collaborate closely with PM's, technical and cross-functional teams (HR and IT) to ensure delivery dates are met. Ensure high quality data uploads into SuccessFactors platform for mass changes.
