Knowledge Centre India (KCI)
Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.
The Position
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Firm by leveraging data, analytics, and technology to drive strategic decision-making and optimize HR processes.
The role will work on high-impact projects, develop insightful dashboards, and collaborate across global teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytics.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Insights & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex people data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling reports for senior leadership.
  • Support key HR processes such as performance management, compensation review, headcount planning, and budgeting.
Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
  • Design and maintain impactful dashboards using Power BI and Workday to visualize HR metrics and trends.
  • Automate recurring reports and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Workday team to integrate dashboards into the HRIS infrastructure and improve data quality.
Strategic Projects & Process Optimization
  • Be a part of HR projects focused on process improvement, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations (e.g., performance review cycles, hiring, staffing).
  • Partner with global People team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7-8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or strategic HR roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and Workday reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, KPIs, and data structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, collaborative environment
