To update and analyse financial data, create forecasts, develop budgets and provide financial

insights to support informed decision making within the company.

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

Demonstrates proactive engagement with stakeholders. Keen to understand business

processes in order to understand the reasons behind performing analytical tasks

Financial analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting Strong communication skills to drive conversations through active participations in calls,

sharing analysis

Maintenance and data inputs into related key systems including general ledgers and forecast

systems

Balance Sheet / Intercompany reconciliations Ad hoc requests for data and analysis
MI ReportingPreparation of financial analysis related to business performance or plan, serve a liaison / interface with various internal departments Provide updates to management regarding budget and forecasts, informing them of risks and opportunities. Revenue and Cost reporting against plan/ forecast, variance analysis and insights at department level. Preparing detailed Revenue and Cost MI Management reviews and value added analysis. Provide insights on positive and negative trends and anomalies associated with performance and communicate to business stakeholders. Develop, implement and maintain support documentation regarding operations, functionality, framework, policies and procedures Automate manual operations tasks and optimize business processes to reduce workload and create proficiencies wherever applicable Deliver scheduled reporting tasks Drive implementation of new processes and procedures

Forecasting and BudgetingCreate and maintain financial forecasts. Analysing the forecasts and giving value added insights on variances. Create and manage budgets, including annual budgets and financial plans. Work with other departments to create accurate budgets.

Month end Reviewing of the month end financials, create month end financial reporting,balance sheet reconciliations, updating general ledgers to ensure accuracy of financial information. Ensuring compliance of relevant accounting checks. Be able to substantiate to auditor the basis and validity of revenue and costs. Fixed asset accounting.

Data integrity managementValidating the financial data received from key systems with appropriate check and balances Understanding the implications on business performance and relate this in accounting terms Reconciliation and validation of data at regular intervals Deal with queries on data from Finance team and business stakeholders independently

Ad HocWorking on ad hoc request received from internal and external stakeholders Explanation the key movements and trends of MI figures to stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification
Knowledge & Skills (Must Have) :Experience in Record to Report / FP&A Good analytical skills and commercial mindset Good knowledge of financial modelling, accounting, finance concepts with month end closing activities Practitioner knowledge in Office 365 Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, SMART worker. Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyse and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions. A highly collaborative team player. Function as a motivated, self-starting, and independent individual Ability to interact at all levels of the organization to meet milestones Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment Flexibility, able to react quickly to changing priorities and timelines Takes responsibility and demonstrates ownership of issues

Knowledge & Skills (Additional) :Good knowledge of Oracle EPM & Oracle Fusion / SUN GL / Power BI An understanding of the Insurance / Investments products. Strong customer orientation and focus for effective customer service delivery

Experience:2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification:Inter CA /Cost Accountant / MBA in Finance / Post Graduate or a Commerce Graduate
