Position: Senior Analyst, ETL , Business Insights & Analytics

Location: Bangalore, Chandigarh, India

The Senior Analyst will report to the Lead Analyst. This role is part of our Sales BI & Analytics team which is responsible for reporting & business analytics for Sales and Sales related functions. This position will solve complex business problems using data for driving the growth of the organization. The candidate would be required to work on tools such as Tableau CRM, Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce.com & Google Spreadsheet.

Responsibilities/What You'll Do

Creating Data models and Data sets in Tableau CRM, Snowflake, etc to be incorporated by BI and Analytics team while developing dashboards

Owning and optimizing Tableau CRM recipes & SQL data models for Sales/GTM Organization and streamlining data refreshes to ensure accurate & recent data in the data sets.

Assisting in resolution of ad-hoc analysis requests from field users and management by creating self-serve aggregated tables for Sales ops teams to use and cater to them

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and support development of BI solutions to positively impact business performance

Solve complex business problems using data transformation and analytics techniques

Present complex information and data in an easy-to-understand way to drive action

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in ETL, Business Insights and Analytics function

Knowledge of ETL functionality of Tableau CRM, Matillion, Alteryx, Informatica, etc along with knowledge of BI and Reporting tools such as Tableau, Tableau CRM, Salesforce.com, Google Spreadsheet, SQL and working knowledge of R/Python

Ability to conceptualize requirements and design, develop and maintain Data models along with testing/optimizing existing ones to be ingested into various BI reporting tools

Understand data warehouse architecture in terms of Dimension & Fact tables

Ability to drive analytics solution in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse internal teams

Drive to learn, iterate and innovate and passionate about developing data models to generate insights and solve business problems

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong team player

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
