Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesFinancial accounting and expense accruals on Oracle Fusion for vendors and staff cost
Liaising with internal business areas for expense accruals, ensure complete and accurate reporting of costs per function including accruals
Provide clarification / information to the management on the Financial Information
Processing, accounting of vendor payments
Assistance in finalisation of books, preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors (Statutory and Tax audit)
Calculation of monthly TDS liability
Ensuring payments of statutory dues within the set timelines.
Coordination with Customs for shipment clearing requirements wrt imports and STPI compliance.
Coordination with Insurance broker and data submission for renewal of property insurance policies on time
Demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise
Knowledge & Skills:Strong technical accounting knowledge
Expert knowledge of Oracle, SAP application or any similar ERP
Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word
Experience in vendor payment
Working knowledge of Direct tax and Indirect Tax
Strong communication skills, both spoken as well as written
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation and externally.
Time Management
Good interpersonal skill
Knowledge of MS Power Point
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:CA Inter / M.com with 4-5 years of relevant experience
