A Senior Analyst will support senior manager and customer team with various aspects of eDiscovery including overseeing collection workflows, managing hold notices, acknowledgement tracking, work with global application admins to prepare for eDiscovery requests, track requests in Application Inventory Repository (AIR), technical resources for the Litigation/CI team, assist in responding to eDiscovery related issues in RFPs, provide insight on processes and tools, collaborate with customer data privacy team regarding local geographic regulations for hold notices, collection, and production, and more.
Specifically, the Senior Analyst will
Support PM's and customer through the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle.
Prepare saved searches, run search term reports, quality control checks, and more in RelativityOne.
Support issue resolution activities.
Document key project decisions and metrics.
Oversee collection workflows.
Manage Hold Notices.
Work with global application admins to prepare for eDiscovery requests.
Track requests in Application Inventory Repository.
Act as technical resources for the Litigation team.
Assist in responding to eDiscovery related issues in RFPs.
Collaborate with customer data privacy team regarding local geographic regulations for hold notices, collection, and production.
Skills for Success
Experience in RelativityOne Certified Professional and Relativity Certified Administrators preferred.
Tools Knowledge- Relativity, Everlaw or Net suite.
Advanced use of Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and text editors.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
Able to support US time zone.
Experience
5+ experience in eDiscovery is required.
Relevant experience in required tools.
