QBurst is expanding its digital marketing automation practice and seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Analyst with expertise in SFMC and other Marketing Automation tools. You will be part of an AI-driven transformation journey, helping shape the future of personalized marketing experiences across multiple channels and platforms.
In this role, You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing MA system, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns on SFMC and other MA platforms, enabling personalized, data-driven communication. This role offers hands-on exposure to automation workflows, multi-channel campaigns, and integrations with other marketing tools.

Responsibilities
Design and implement customer journeys and campaigns within SFMC and different MA platforms (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.)
Build automations in SFMC using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder
Configure audience segmentation, personalization logic, and event-based triggers
Create and optimize SQL queries, data extensions, segmentation logic, and data transformations
Integrate SFMC with external systems through APIs, SFTP workflows, and custom data pipelines
Conduct quality checks for content, audience, and automation logic before deployments
Troubleshoot delivery, segmentation, and data flow issues in collaboration with senior team members
Document solutions and provide platform support during releases
Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing automation, personalization, and AI-driven engagement

Requirements
3-6 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement platforms
At least 2+ years working on SFMC (must have)
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze or HubSpot is an advantage
Working knowledge of AMPScript,JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or SSJS for basic scripting and troubleshooting
Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and SFTP-based data flows
Build responsive marketing emails using SFMC platform's drag-and-drop email editor and customize layouts, sections, and reusable content blocks
SQL knowledge for data queries, segmentation, and data extension management
Experience integrating marketing automation with CRM and other systems via API / FTP
Configure and manage Email channel settings in SAP or other messaging platforms, including sender profiles, domains, reply-to addresses, and authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
* Platform certifications in marketing automation tools are preferred.
