We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team, which is a mix of Data Science and Data Engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large-scale data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data architecture to support strategic business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is excited about leveraging modern data engineering technologies to enable data-driven decision-making and analytics at scale.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for campaign data processing and reporting. Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, ADLS Gen 1 & 2 to manage data workflows and storage. Optimize and automate ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, SQL, and Azure services. Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure data quality and integrity for A/B testing and campaign analytics. Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Azure cloud environments.
