Job Responsibilities



This role will primarily involve creating content for marketing and communication material, B2B thought leadership articles, white papers, reports, blogs, newsletters, emailers, award entries, press releases, and customized collaterals.



Should have an impeccable grasp of the English language and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice; ensure adherence to company style guides



Understand the creative brief for each project, review the collateral, and ensure error-free delivery of projects



Conduct thorough research and stay updated with industry trends and best practices



Need to take ownership of the assigned projects

Possess the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage shifting deadlines

Identifying stakeholders' needs will be essential, as that will help in ensuring that deliverables match the required standards to meet those needs

Prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and effectively manage workload to ensure all projects are delivered on time

Ensure a fast turnaround time for projects

Able to interact with requesters, colleagues, and management in a professional manner

Capabilities to maintain high standards while working on multiple projects will ensure your success in a service-oriented environment.



Key skills and experience

The role requires 3-6 years of professional experience

Prior experience in journalism or/and have worked in large MNC organizations

A methodical thinker who can create content that aligns with specific project objectives while also supporting broader business goals

Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for proofreading documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key while ensuring all best practices are applied
