• Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and demonstrate excellent judgment in decision-making and communications.
• Previous experience with compensation concepts, and related state, federal, and provincial pay regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excel expertise should include the use of pivot tables and vlookups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present point of view in varied business situations
• Excellent organizational skills to proactively manage multiple priorities and track a variety of tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
• Past experience with Payfactors/Payscale highly desired
• Ability to develop and follow business processes and procedures
• Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred

• Minimum of 5 years related compensation experience required
