Key Responsibilities


Configure, implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery schedules, probes, sensors and credentials Leverage ServiceNow Discovery to automate the identification and classification of IT assets across the organization. Develop, Implement and optimize ServiceNow Service Mapping patterns and configuration to visualize and document service dependencies and relationships. Develop, update, and enforce CMDB policies, procedures, and standards. Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. Troubleshoot Discovery and Service Mapping errors, including credential, access and pattern related issues on Mid-Server. Support incident, problem, change, and asset management processes through accurate configuration data.. Provide training and guidance to IT staff on CMDB processes, ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping best practices. Stay current with industry trends, ServiceNow platform updates, and emerging technologies related to configuration management.
Skills and Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration, design and implementation Proven experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules.(at least one end-to-end implementation) Familiarity with integration methods and basic scripting for automation Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles. Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with network infrastructure, cloud environments, and application architecture is a plus. Certification in ServiceNow or ITIL is preferred.

Work Environment
