LAN Network installation & support Upgrade/renewal of Hardware & Software, licenses management, Assets inventory management AMC & Warranty Installation & configuration of all Windows OS, Software and Tool/Utilities, Email & Internet configuration & troubleshooting, IT support calls handling/closure with expected SLA, Windows patches & Antivirus management on Systems Maintaining documents Data Backup & Restore Monthly Work & Compliance Reports preparation & submit Support tickets/issues closure & review in Helpdesk, LAN/WAN configuration & troubleshooting
