Senior Analyst

Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm is looking for a talented Senior Analyst to support the technology needs of 'One JLL' initiative within JLL Technologies (JLLT) organization. We are seeking candidates who are self-starters, who can work independently in a diverse and fast-paced environment that can join our team immediately. The role requires partnering with multiple teams and business users across the APAC market and the broader JLL Technologies team at country and regional level in executing, managing and driving BI initiatives by utilizing in- depth knowledge of data, infrastructure, technologies and business intelligence experience.
Responsibilities
Interacts with business users, leadership team to understand tech needs and current business pain points, works with multiple teams across JLLT for the design and development of BI dashboards.
Independently develops, executes, and monitors complex information management / analytical processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects.
Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
Monitors data / information management processes to ensure robust data quality and seamless execution of data and BI deliverables.
Engages with colleagues and internal customers to reverse engineer existing business processes and identify core business requirements for new information deliverables and data infrastructure.
Ensures proper escalation, prioritization and remediation of business needs and issues.
Able to seamlessly manages stakeholders through proper communication, strong project management skills and thought leadership

Experience & Education
Minimum 4 years of work experience in the fields of information science, data management and/or computer science.
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science or business. Advance degree preferred.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated experience with standard data, analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Python, R etc.)
Experience with data architecture, data integration/ETL, data warehousing, and/or business intelligence deployed in a complex environment.
Experience in working with databases especially SQL server databases.
Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyse data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience and foundational knowledge on Cloud (AWS/Azure) technologies.
Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and solve problems independently.
Capability to self-learn new software applications and programming languages.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
Personable, team player able to quickly settle into the role.
