Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit product safety event forms in compliance with Snow standards and individual client requirements. Quality review source documentation to confirm any safety information has been processed to meet regulatory requirements. Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of Snow's database by reviewing reports for consistency and completeness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Compliance related activities. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, industry best practices, and client product information. Supporting audit and inspection readiness by maintaining comprehensive documentation of pharmacovigilance training, activities, and safety reports."
