Senior Analyst- Accounts Payable
What this job involves
Receive and verify invoices for goods and services
Monitor the weekly pay-run and record the manual cheque entries for accounting purpose.
Preparing Daily Reports: Inventory/Quality/Exception List
Tracking and monitoring the aged items and take effective steps for closure.

Perform daily transactions as per standard operating proceduresxe2x80x8b
Daily SLA adherence and reporting xe2x80x8b
Provide assistance during internal/ external auditsxe2x80x8b
Perform WHT / TDS / TCS / GST workings as per country requirementxe2x80x8b
Perform User Acceptance Training and Testingxe2x80x8b
xe2x80x8bProvide new hire orientation and process trainingxe2x80x8b
Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects
Sounds like you
To apply you need to have:

• Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate or Postgraduate is preferred.
• xe2x80x8bPreferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in AP MNC.

Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Team player and yet able to work independently
SAP, PeopleSoft or Large Scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
Performance objectives
Fulfil agreed SLAs with Onshore finance teams
Improved internal procedures and compliance with policies
Key skills
Strong Excel skills
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
