Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
Manage month-end / quarter-end finalisation and reporting for the below processes:
+ Fixed Assets
+ Bank reconciliations
+ Accruals / Prepayments
+ Revenue Managing preparation of all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
Managing audit requirements
What you need to have:
Commerce Graduate with 3+ years of work experience
Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data
Must have worked on Oracle/ERP.
Must be keen to learn.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Knowledge of macro preferable)
