Responsibilities:

Role Summary

The Senior Analyst - Oracle ARCS will serve as a functional and technical SME for Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service within the Finance Operations environment. The role is centered around ARCS reconciliation governance & related ways of workings, Transaction Matching setup, automation, exception handling.
The candidate will work closely with Finance, Technology, and Process Teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations, stable integrations, system enhancements, and continuous optimization of ARCS.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciliation Operations & Transaction Matching.

Perform all Balance sheet recons and matching for high?volume datasets. Monitor reconciliation status across the cycle (Prepared, Reviewed, Approved). Active involvement in Oracle ARCS implementation, testing & UAT's per process requirement Configure and maintain Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching profiles. Build and optimize Transaction Matching rules (1?to?1, 1?to?Many, Many?to?Many). Configure risk ratings, formats, templates, and mapping logic for GL and subledger datasets. Create and maintain reconciliation formats, attributes, and profile segments. Timely review auto?approve and auto?reconciliation configurations.

Testing & Implementation

Participate in UAT cycles for ARCS enhancements, quarterly Oracle patches, and new features rollout. Conduct regression testing for matching rules, formats, and integration jobs.
Support migration of artifacts between environments (DEV TESTPROD). Validate new profile builds, mappings, and configurations against business requirements.

Finance & Accounting Knowledge

Strong understanding of GL accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, and cash reconciliation concepts. Working knowledge of month-end close workflows, subledger tie?outs, and journal impacts.

Tools & Technical Competencies

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot, Power Query). Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud. Familiarity with reporting tools and querying datasets. PowerPoint & Word for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance operations with strong ARCS and reconciliation exposure. Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate OR CA/ICWA Inter preferred. Experience in shared services/offshore accounting environment is an advantage.
