Roles and Responsibilities

Manage air freight export enquiries originating from multiple sales regions across India. Liaise with internal sales teams and external clients to assess shipment needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Lead air freight pricing, rate negotiations, and booking confirmations with a strong focus on cost efficiency and service reliability. Oversee export and import shipment execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, documentation standards, and operational protocols. Maintain accurate and timely reporting to support invoicing and service reconciliation processes. Deliver high-quality service support to designated accounts while fostering collaborative communication between commercial and operations teams.

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in air freight (export/import), with demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy and operational execution. In-depth understanding of air cargo documentation, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end freight management processes. Proven ability to manage client interactions, with a preference for candidates who have supported Pan-India air freight operations across diverse industry sectors.

Skills

Strong communication and negotiation capabilities. Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to evolving priorities, and contribute to a high-performance team environment.

Compensation
