Job Summary

Seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ML algorithms, hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment Develop and optimize deep learning models (NLP, CV, recommender systems, or time-series) Implement GenAI / LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning) Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring in production Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions Lead architecture decisions for AI/ML systems Mentor junior engineers and review code and models Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering Strong proficiency in Python Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data modeling Experience with Deep Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Expertise in NLP / Computer Vision / Recommendation Systems / Time-Series (any one or more) Experience with LLMs and Generative AI (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Llama, etc.) Strong experience with SQL and data processing (Pandas, NumPy, Spark) Hands-on experience with model deployment (REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask) Knowledge of MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
