- Senior AI/ML Engineer

We're looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing tech team. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent systems that enhance personalization, recommendations, and automation across our hospitality-tech ecosystem. This role will focus on LLM integrations, embeddings/vector search, recommendation systems, and model serving on Azure/OpenAI.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for personalization, prediction, and intelligent automation.
Develop and maintain LLM-based applications, including embeddings, retrieval, and context optimization.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.
Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle: data processing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Optimize inference performance, reliability, and cost within Azure ML / OpenAI environments.
Stay current with the latest AI research and emerging trends in LLMs, RAG, and multimodal AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data science.
Strong knowledge of NestJS and Python..
Proven experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar
frameworks).
Familiarity with Azure ML, Azure Functions, and cloud-based model deployment.
Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and scalable ML pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with recommendation systems or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
pipelines.
Exposure to Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform/IaC, or API-based integrations.
Previous work in hospitality-tech, SaaS, or customer experience platforms.
