Senior AI/ML Engineer (Overall 14+ years of professional experience)
Role Summary
We are in search of a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with a robust background in Python coding and a profound understanding of Data engineering, Application solutioning and development, GenAi/Machine learning and cloud-based solutions.
Role Description
In the role of a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of state-of-the-art Data processing pipelines, developing Machine learning and generative AI Applications. Your duties will encompass the following:

• Hands-on, Design and implement complex AI platform using Python, with an emphasis on perfomance, scalability and extensibility.
• Integrate AI and ML models seamlessly into existing software frameworks and infrastructure
• Work in tandem with data scientists and software engineers to conceptualize and construct data pipelines, preprocessing utilities, and feature engineering systems.
• Make use of cloud platforms, notably Azure, for the deployment and scaling of AI and ML models.
• Refine and optimize models to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AI and ML technologies and frameworks.
• Engage effectively with diverse teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical strategies.
• Mentor and offer technical guidance to team members.

Core/Must have skills
BS or Master's in Computer Science,Information Systems, Electronics Engineering.
8+ years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML development
Strong experience in Python programming for AI/ML development
Strong experience in System Design for Application development.
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks
Familiarity with large language models,for advanced natural language processing tasks.
Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, including machine learning services and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good to have skills
Proficiency in Generative AI concepts. Hands on Platform developments
Familiarity with Databricks or Azure Machine Learning for scalable data processing and analytics
Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, for efficient deployment and management of AI/ML solutions
