Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior AI/ML Developer who will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions across diverse domains such as MSME digitization, education, healthcare, Object detections, and renewable energy monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure scalable deployments, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for diverse use cases. Deploy models into production environments with scalability and monitoring. Ensure reliability, integrity, and scalability of datasets for ML applications. Implement end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning. Collaborate with junior engineers to prepare, clean, and transform structured/unstructured datasets. Explore and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques (NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, etc). Drive POCs and innovative AI initiatives to solve business problems. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Work with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to junior team members. Translate business requirements into robust and scalable AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras). Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and LLM fine-tuning. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and API development. Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), and MLOps practices.

Good to Have:

Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, and RAG pipelines. Hands-on expertise with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). Contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML research publications.
