Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate

AI/ML Developer

with

4-5 years of experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions end-to-end. You will work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging AI and machine learning to solve real-world problems in

Engineering Servises.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, innovative, and capable of driving solutions from

concept to production deployment

while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Degree:

B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / Any degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including model training, optimization, and deployment. Strong programming skills in

Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)

or equivalent ML frameworks. Experience with

Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision

, and

Time-Series Analysis

. Knowledge of

AI/ML pipelines, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

. Hands-on experience with

ML Ops, CI/CD for ML models, and cloud platforms

(AWS/ Azure). Experience with

Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Dask) is a plus

. Knowledge of

API development

and integration with AI models & Django. Strong understanding of

Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Engineering principles

. Passionate about AI/ML development, with a problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to explore new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

AI/ML models and solutions

that solve business problems. Own the

end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects

, from data collection, preprocessing, and training to deployment and monitoring. Optimize and fine-tune

machine learning models

to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance. Implement

MLOps best practices

, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining. Research and implement

state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms

to stay ahead in innovation. Build APIs and services to integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications. Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights. Develop

automated testing

and validation strategies for AI models. Stay updated with the latest advancements in

AI, machine learning, and deep learning

. Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
