About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP solutions.
Work on Agentic GenAI frameworks and integrate AI systems into production environments.
Implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data security, quality, and compliance.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize ML models for accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Managers) to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
Develop containerized AI/ML solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Leverage Azure cloud services for scalable model deployment and management.
Build and maintain APIs, pipelines, and workflows for AI/ML systems.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in model development.
Key Skills :
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic GenAI frameworks, and NLP techniques.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services and cloud-based model deployment.
Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database management.
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to scalability and performance.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
