About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Python Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI solutions with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. You will work to create scalable AI applications that leverage the latest advances in LLM technology.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement LLM-based applications using APIs from providers like Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for domain-specific applications Create efficient document processing and embedding pipelines Develop, test, and deploy scalable AI applications in production environments Optimize prompt engineering and context handling for LLM applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Contribute to the development of AI strategy and best practices Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and frameworks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in Python development Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases Experience with embedding models and semantic search Proficiency in data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas) Solid understanding of NLP concepts and prompt engineering Knowledge of software development best practices and version control (Git) Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience with MLOps tools and practices Experience building production-grade RAG systems Background in prompt engineering and LLM application development Experience with semantic search and embedding models Contributions to open-source projects Experience with distributed computing systems
