Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Minimum 5 years' experience in machine learning engineering and AI development
- Expertise in a broad range of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.)
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP), including language models, text generation, and sentiment analysis
- Deep understanding of generative AI concepts (text/image/audio synthesis, diffusion models, transformers)
- Proven skills in Agentic AI, including building real-world applications and working with frameworks like Langgraph, ADK, Autogen
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI applications (e.g., conversational AI, image synthesis)
- Experience with MLOps, including model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Skilled with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable ML solution deployment
- Experience in data processing, feature engineering, and training models on large datasets
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, ethics, model governance, and risk mitigation
- Understanding of software engineering best practices for ML systems
- Familiarity with agile development environments
- Experience using tools/frameworks for monitoring and analyzing ML model performance
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Positive attitude with the ability to work across various requirements and stay updated with technology trends
