Job SummaryThe Senior AI Developer will play a critical role in designing and developingintelligent automation solutions that integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources toaddress complex business challenges. The role involves leading thedevelopment of AI-enhanced data analytics solutions, creating automation toolsusing Generative AI, and building bi-directional interfaces between SAP, cloudservices, and frontend platforms such as Excel, VBA, and Python. The idealcandidate is a hands-on technologist with deep expertise in Python and cloud-native architectures, who thrives in highly creative and fast-paced environments.This position will lead a small team of Python developers and play a strategic rolein shaping AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilitieso Design and architect AI-enhanced solutions integrating SAP data, externalcloud data sources (e.g., Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift), and localfile-based inputso Lead development of automation tools and bots using Generative AI (e.g.,Amazon Bedrock, custom GPTs, Amazon Lex) to interact with APIs,databases, and back-end systems for real-time data processing andresponseo Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements,define logic, and modularize business processes for AI-assisted codegenerationo Develop intelligent frontend tools using Python, VBA, and Excel tostreamline and automate business workflowso Build, test, and deploy predictive models using machine learning andstatistical techniques (forecasting, regression, simulation, etc.)o Define and maintain coding standards, Git-based repositories, and CI/CDpipelines for AI and automation development

Monitor and troubleshoot solution performance across SAP and non-SAPenvironments; ensure high availability and scalabilityo Drive innovation by applying AI and cloud services to modernize businessprocesses such as Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)o Oversee development of reusable code modules and AI frameworks;mentor junior Python developerso Ensure secure and efficient integration of AI services with AWS, SAPsystems, and third-party applicationso Maintain thorough documentation of design decisions, architecture, andprocesseso Stay updated on evolving AI tools, LLMs, and cloud platforms tocontinually improve solution capability

QualificationsEducationo Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, DataScience, or a related field

* Preferred: Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, orequivalentExperienceo Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in Python and VBAdevelopmento Minimum 1 year of experience using Generative AI tools to automatecoding and workflow designo Proven experience developing and integrating solutions with businessapplications (data read/write, process automation)o At least 2 years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP,or Azure), including developing Lambda functions, APIs, or microserviceso Solid background in machine learning, data analytics, forecasting,regression, and simulation techniqueso Experience with SQL, Python data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and cloud databaseso Knowledge of chatbot development and AI-based API interaction (e.g.,Amazon Lex, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs)o Experience with GitHub/GitLab, DevOps tools, and implementation ofCI/CD pipelineso Strong analytical, debugging, and architectural skillso Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional, and distributed teams
