Job Description

We're building a next generation agentic AI platform and need a talented, self-starting, experienced Senior developer. The role will require advanced AI manipulation (including prompt engineering) and model tuning. You will be part of a small multi-disciplinary team, solving problems that have never been solved before.

Skills and Experience

-------------------------


Excellent command of English reading, writing, and speaking


Deep experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, emphasis on open-source (smaller) models, etc.)


Advanced prompt engineering across zero-, few-shot, and chain-of-thought paradigms


Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines


Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including LoRA, QLoRA, adapters, etc.


Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent coordination, tool use, and planning


Experience with Mixture of Experts (MoE) models and how to route, train, and serve them efficiently


Experience with LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, etc.)


Must be able to work UK office hours

Desirable Skills

Experience with TypeScript


Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and hybrid search


Experience with model hosting, inference infrastructure, and cloud-based deployment


Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning stacks (Axolotl, vLLM, etc.)
