Position: Applied AI Engineer

As an Applied AI Engineer focusing on Cloud-based Applied AI Services, Generative AI, LLMs and MLOps, youll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions that transform industries and drive real-world impact.

Role and Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications tailored to specific industry needs.

Implement Cloud-based Applied AI solutions that encompass data collection, preprocessing, training, deployment, and monitoring.

Implement end-to-end AI solutions with large datasets to train and fine-tune models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency along with following MLOps best practices.

Implement end-to-end AI solutions with a strong emphasis on MLOps best practices.

Optimize and deploy AI models to production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in applied AI development, machine learning, and data science.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications.

Knowledge of various AI techniques such as neural networks, ensemble methods, and reinforcement learning.

Experience with Customisation and finetuning LLMs such as GPT, llama 2 etc

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment.

Experience with AI cloud services Like AWS Sagemaker, AWS Comprehend, AWS Textract, AWS Transcribe, GCP Document AI, Aziue Open AI, Azure AI services etc is a big plus.

Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding environments.
