. This person will be responsible for bringing agencies, freelancers, consultants, and micro-entrepreneurs into Visibeen's partner ecosystem and managing their full lifecycle--recruitment, onboarding, activation, performance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities1.
Partner Recruitment & Expansion
Identify, shortlist, and onboard agencies, freelancers, and local marketing partners
Run recruitment drives to grow partner base (webinars, outreach, events)
Build tiered partner structure (Authorized ? Certified ? Premium ? Master)
Develop strategies to onboard 1,000+ partners in 12-18 months
Onboarding & Training
Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions
Train partners on Visibeen SaaS, GBP optimization, and local SEO
Create partner learning materials, certification tests, and SOPs
Ensure partners understand commission structure + business model
Process & System Building
Document complete partner SOPs
Work with product team to enhance partner tools
Improve partner commission engine, onboarding flows, and dashboards
Build automation for payouts, performance reports, and training modules
Experience with SaaS, digital marketing, fintech, edtech or agency ecosystem (preferred)
Excellent communication & training skills
