The trainer will play a key role in standardizing service behavior, strengthening guest relationships, and elevating overall brand experience across clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to the aesthetic, cosmetology, and wellness environment.
Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, consultation skills, grooming & etiquette, guest handling, empathy, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
Train teams on guest-centric service approaches to enhance satisfaction, trust, and repeat clientele.
Identify training needs through clinic observations, feedback, audits, and performance assessments.
Create engaging training materials, role plays, case studies, and SOP-based scenarios relevant to wellness services.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to doctors, therapists, sales teams, and leadership as required.
Measure training effectiveness and prepare detailed progress and performance reports.
Collaborate with management to integrate soft skills into service standards, wellness protocols, and brand culture.
Stay updated with industry trends in aesthetics, cosmetology, dermatology, and wellness to keep training relevant and impactful.
