- Senior AEM Architect

Mode of Working: Work from office - 5 days in a month

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)1.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Core expertise2.AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)3.Integration with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms4.Java/J2EE with strong expertise in Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate5.Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Content Repository)Role Overview: As a Senior AEM Architect, you will provide technical leadership and guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM. You will evaluate business needs, propose scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:oTranslate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.oEvaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.oProvide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.oAddress non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability.oCollaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.oLead technical discussions, client demos, and create POCs.oMentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.oDrive excellence in deployment, release management, and operations.Requirements:o12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.o5+ years core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.oExpertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.oStrong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.oHands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.oDeep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.oPractical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).Preferred Qualifications:oProficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts.oStrong client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.oExperience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.oFamiliarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies.oAbility to act as Scrum Master in Agile environment

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
