Role and Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of junior advocates, ensuring that they are efficiently navigating their caseload and offering expert legal counsel. 2. Case Strategy Development: Take the lead on complex cases, developing robust legal strategies that align with the company\'s objectives. 3. Representation: Represent the company in high-profile legal proceedings and negotiations, especially in pivotal or challenging cases. 4. Case Review: Periodically review cases handled by junior advocates, offering feedback and ensuring that legal best practices are being adhered to. 5. Client Relations: Engage with high-profile clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their legal concerns are adequately addressed and fostering lasting professional relationships. 6. Training and Development: Initiate and facilitate training sessions for the legal team to ensure that they\'re updated with the latest legal trends, judgments, and practices. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with the management and other departments, ensuring that legal considerations are embedded in the company\'s strategic decisions Key Qualifications and Requirements: - Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi, both in reading and writing. - Proven experience in real estate and development law, with a track record of successful case resolutions. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of lawyers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment. - Strong research skills and in-depth knowledge of the latest legal trends, regulations, and judgments relevant to the real estate sector. - Degree in Law from a reputed institution, with further qualifications or certifications being a distinct advantage. - Outstanding negotiation and communication skills. - A minimum of 5 year of experience in the legal field, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
