As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.

• 6-10 Years of experience in Linux / Systems
• Available to work in 24X7 capability.
• Experties in - Linux / Exadata / Engineered Systems
• Expert knowledge of OS administration
• Good to have knowledge on architecture and design for new business infrastructure.
• Strong OS troubleshooting skills
• Experience in automate OS installation, configuration of Oracle/application server setup, streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual effort.
