As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.


6-10 Years of experience in Linux / Systems Available to work in 24X7 capability. Experties in - Linux / Exadata / Engineered Systems Expert knowledge of OS administration Good to have knowledge on architecture and design for new business infrastructure. Strong OS troubleshooting skills Experience in automate OS installation, configuration of Oracle/application server setup, streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual effort. Career Level - IC3
