Minimum 4 year experience in international end user technical support (desktop support) environment
Minimum 4 year experience in Level 2 technical support in two of the following technologies.
Active Directory
Office 365
WINTEL (Server Setup, Patching, Provisioning, Maintenance, Performance Tuning, Operating System & Connectivity Troubleshooting)
Virtualization \\ Cloud - VMWare or Hyper-V or Citrix or Azure or AWS
Firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco etc.) and Routing & Switching
Disaster Recovery and Server Backup Applications (Veritas, Datto, Acronis etc.)
Minimum 2 year of experience in managing service desk teams
Service desk team\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities: technical escalations, utilization, attendance etc.
Managing performance, professional development and career development plans
