Job Summary

The Senior Admissions Officer is responsible for securing the college's annual student intake through strategic lead management and brand growth. You will lead outreach by building a network of Admission Agents across Kerala and other states. The role covers the full admission cycle: from high-volume lead collection and digital branding to managing the counseling team for final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Admission Agent Management: Onboard and manage educational consultants in Kerala and beyond to ensure our college is their top recommendation. Lead Collection & Conversion: Aggressively gather leads via digital ads, walk-ins, and agents, ensuring they convert into final admissions. Team Leadership: Supervise the Counseling Team to ensure high-quality follow-ups and professional guidance. 360-Degree Branding: Oversee Online (Social Media/Ads) and Offline (Expos/Hoardings/School Visits) branding.

Requirements

Experience:

3-4 years in College Admissions and Business Development.

Network:

Strong existing relationships with Admission Agents in Kerala.

Leadership:

Ability to manage counselors and meet strict enrollment deadlines.

Language:

Fluent in Malayalam and English.
