Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage & convert leads for our new PG diploma program which is in
collaboration with IIT Jodhpur and IIM.
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
Ensure high conversion rate of all leads- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to successfully
achieve the performance goals.
Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organize workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
Gather & collate accurate client information on prescribed enquiry form from walk-ins & other enquiry sources and timely update on portal.
Monitoring and follow up of creation of schedules & other mandatory operational tasks at all locations as per the TAT.
Who should apply?
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
Sales aggressive, self-starter, self-motivated.
