Responsibilities
Lead and manage recruitment initiatives to meet enrollment goals.
Counsel prospective students and families on the admissions process and requirements.
Evaluate and process admission applications and documents.
Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational organizations.
Participate in and organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment events.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment materials.
Analyze enrollment trends and data to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions or a related field.
Strong knowledge of admission processes and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
