We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right career path across Aviation, Hospitality, Retail, and Tourism programs offered by the academy. This role blends counseling, relationship building, and admissions conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on career options and suitable courses
Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries professionally
Explain course structure, fees, certifications, and career outcomes clearly
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Build trust with students by understanding their goals and aspirations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions closure
Requirements
2 to 10 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or education sales
Exposure to aviation, hospitality, or skill-based education is preferred
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, empathetic, and student-focused approach
Comfortable handling targets and conversions without being pushy
