Qualifications and Experience
? Graduates with 5-8 years Experience
? Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
? A warm, friendly, and approachable attitude.
? Ability to multitask
? Proficiency in computer systems

Job Duties
? Patient registration: Collecting patient demographic information, insurance details,
and other necessary paperwork.
? Insurance verification: Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as
needed.
? Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments with physicians or other
healthcare providers.
? Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries and directing callers to appropriate
departments.
? Data entry: Entering patient information into the hospital's electronic medical records
system.
? Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims.
? Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as nursing and medical
records, to ensure smooth patient flow.
? Problem-solving: Addressing patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
