2. Webinar & Seminar Handling
Conduct webinars confidently for school and college students.
Host, present, and manage Q&A sessions during webinars.
Promote webinars through calling, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
Convert webinar attendees into paid enrollments.
3. Lead Management & CRM Usage
Use CRM (LeadSquared/Zoho or similar) for tracking all leads.
Update lead status, call notes, and conversion details on time.
Maintain Excel sheets for daily reports and performance tracking.
4. Sales & Conversion
Achieve monthly admission targets through effective counseling.
Handle objections confidently and close admissions.
Maintain a
proven track record of generating sales
in the edtech or course sales domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in education sales / course sales / career counseling sales.
Experience in conducting webinars, seminars, and presentations.
Strong communication in
English & Hindi
.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
CRM knowledge is mandatory; Excel proficiency is required.
Ability to meet targets and handle pressure professionally.
