Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, and online platforms
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Convert inquiries into successful admissions
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
Provide timely and accurate information about courses, fees, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to close leads
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
