Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced female Senior Admission Counselor who have experience in managing the admissions process, evaluating applications, and guiding students and families. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process while representing the university with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role also involves mentoring junior counselors, helping refine admissions strategies, driving sales, and working closely with academic and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:

Engage with prospective students and families via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions to provide detailed information on programs, admissions procedures, financial aid, and campus life.

Event Participation:

Represent the University at education fairs in various major cities, open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events.

Lead Management:

Effectively manage and follow up with prospective student leads through CRM systems to ensure timely responses and conversions.

Application Support:

Guide applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment, including application review, interview scheduling, and document verification.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and support junior admission counselors by sharing best practices, training materials, and feedback.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track admissions metrics, provide regular updates, and recommend improvements based on data trends.

Collaboration:

Work closely with academic departments, marketing, and student services to ensure a smooth and engaging admissions journey.

Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in student admissions, recruitment, or academic advising

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

Open to travel in India or abroad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
