Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries for admissions.
Counsel students and parents about available courses, fees, duration, and benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain proper records of leads and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth admissions.
Provide accurate information and build trust with potential students.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing or education industry is a plus.
Ability to work under target-based environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
