Handle end-to-end admission counseling for prospective students.
Guide students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission process.
Convert inquiries/leads into admissions through effective follow-ups.
Train and mentor junior admission counselors to improve performance.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly & quarterly admission targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in admissions / counseling / sales (education industry preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure.
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Target-driven with proven track record.
